How OLX Delivery works for buyers

Order After selecting the goods, the buyer clicks "Buy with delivery", provides the contact details and the number of the Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta office, where it is most convenient to pick up the item. The seller has two days to confirm the order, and three more - to send it.

Payment The cost of goods, delivery and commission for the transfer of funds are reserved on the buyer's card when placing an order on OLX. But the seller does not receive the money immediately, only after the customer checkd the item at the post office and picks it up.

Receiving The buyer checks the order at the post office. If all is well, they accept the item. The money comes to the seller's card within two hours. The buyers can reject the item not liking it, and it will be returned to the seller free of charge.
